Media Monitors is a privately owned organisation founded in Australia in 1982 as a press clipping company. Media Monitors entered the New Zealand market place in 2004 after purchasing Media Search.
In 2005 Media Monitors revolutionised the media monitoring landscape through launching Mediaportal and becoming the first service provider to offer press, broadcast and internet content through the one integrated service.
In 2009 Media Monitors reinforced its commitment to the NZ market place by acquiring Chong Newztel and Media people. Bringing our number of employess to 168 across our Auckland and Wellington offices.
Through acquisitions, innovation and the drive of its people, Media Monitors has continually evolved to provide world class media intelligence services to over 1,000 New Zealand clients
